Some of you might remember me blathering about a side project. This was ages ago, so if you don’t remember, don’t feel bad. Up until a couple weeks ago, I’d put it aside to the point where I’d nearly forgotten it too.
But now I’m sort of mid-process with my publisher about what the next steps are now that Ghost’s book is done, and while I’m killing time on my end of it, the side project has come to the fore once again.

I know, I know, I should probably be talking about Tobias, and I will, for about half this post, but the only reason he's part of this conversation is because he's crucial to the feelings I'm having about Ghost right now.

For one thing, we're moving at the end of June. We'll be heading back to Colorado, where my husband and I were both raised. This is both good news and bad--good because our families are there, and they mostly like us, and bad because moving sucks, especially when you're crossing a third of the country. Driving one of those big trucks while towing a car is basically my worst driving nightmare (I'm a nervous driver--too many accidents because of other peoples' mistakes. Teenage boys fiddling with the radio, I'm glaring at you.).
