From now until the book comes out (Sept 19!), I'm gonna be releasing small bits of conversations and scenes on Facebook as part of Carina Press's Conversation Saturdays. They'll be short, but they'll come from different parts of the novel, not just the first chapter or two, like the official excerpt will, so you won't be re-reading something you may have looked at already.

And the official excerpt will be posted soon, I promise. But...not yet. (Yours Truly tends to produce a lot of bad comma usage to correct. That takes time, gentle reader). In any case, this post is not about my lack of comma knowledge. It's about me putting stuff on Facebook. Stuff of my very own. Which will supposedly prevent my FB page from becoming an ode to Book Riot. Not that I think that would be a problem--Book Riot has really good stuff, okay?--but if readers only wanted to read Book Riot posts, they'd just go to Book Riot, and then I'd be all alone and sad. 

This is the face I would make if everyone went to Book Riot without me. Do you want me to make that face? C'mon now.

In all honesty, I'm not really sure how this post ended up being almost entirely about Book Riot, but what are you gonna do? Not read Book Riot? Yeah, right.
